I am Dr. Abhinanda Gautam, a senior academic with experience of over 19 years. This video is an introduction of short videos on subjects like Leadership, HRM, Mentoring, and Coaching, Change Management, Training, Building remote teams, Diversity management, Emotional intelligence, etc.

Videos are an effective medium to facilitate impactful teaching and learning process. I think student engagement is enhanced with proper usage of content-oriented videos. Studies have shown that video-based learning not only encourages active-learning, but it also assists in creating deeper learning. I create and post videos aiming for interesting comprehension and retention of the content, which are relevant for my students and website users.
